Once you schedule your first appointment, we'll send your forms directly to you via text or email, so you can fill them out from home at your own pace and arrive feeling prepared and relaxed.

We believe that your dental health should be determined by your needs, not by an insurance company's guidelines. To ensure we can provide the highest standard of experience without compromising on materials or time, Dental Duo & Co. operates as an out-of-network provider for some insurance providers. We are also in-network with select plans.
What this means for you:
If your insurance is out-of-network with our providers, it doesn't mean we can't see you. By remaining independent, we are able to ensure that the quality of your care never wavers. We aren't bound by corporate insurance restrictions that often limit a doctor's time or dictate the types of materials used. Instead, we can focus entirely on you, providing thorough, precise, and honest care tailored to your long-term health.
We are more than happy to help you maximize your benefits. We will submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy and provide all necessary documentation to ensure you are appropriately reimbursed.
